Buddha's Delight/羅漢齋

Dried Pollock and Peanut Jook/柴 鱼和花生粥

This is an old classic Cantonese porridge or jook using dried pollock. The only way to taste this is cook it yourself  'cos I don't think that you can find any store that sells this kind of porridge any more. I have got to thanks my younger brother who introduced this porridge to me when I was visiting my mother during one of my school holidays. My brother brought me to the third floor in my mother's flat in Kuala Lumpur to have this for supper and it was only 10 cents a bowl back then. Pollock is a kind of fish and you can check it out here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pollock.

3D Christmas Card

Christmas is just around the corner, I've been very slack this year. Previous year I already have most of my cards and present ready but this year I only manage to get most of the present ready but the cards are still waiting to be make. Got to tell myself, don't day dream anymore. Ganbatte yo Stevia, you can do it. Well, the 1st photo is how the card look like and the 2nd photo is when it is folded to be put in an envelope. No bad at all, right?
